Worst kitchen connecting adapter

This ruined my sink faucet. It left a dent/crack on the faucet. On top of it this product was totally useless sprayed water all over place. Worst connecting adapter ever for the faucet. Now who is going to pay to replace my faucet for the damage it caused? I believe the company should who sells this product
