These Decorative SS Profile Sections are made by Bending, goes unsaid at FeCuNi, CNC Bending.
Before Bending these Sheets are cut to their required sizes by laser cutting machines.
At present, our machines are well versed and advanced to bend any Profile Section up to 4 Meters in a single length. Thus we get minimum joints between two Profiles.
To improve the Aesthetics of these SS Profiles, Grooving is done on Metal Sheets before bending them. By following this process we can achieve 90° sharp angle on the bend areas.
We have developed some special Grooving tools In-house. By using such tools, minimum thickness that we can bend with 90 Deg is 0.8mm, maximum being 3mm.
Also we hold a strong grip over a vast dealers network and suppliers chain ascertaining quality provisions and an organised reach for the same.
