Hedflex Duckbill Check Valve -Flanged (1/2 -96 ) :The J&S Valve - HedFlex Duckbill Check Valve -Duckbill Rubber Check Valve, is a cost effective way to control back pressures from sewage treatment plants, outfalls and tidal operations. They are a fully passive flow device requiring neither maintenance, outside sources of power or manual assistance to operate. The J&S Valve - HedFlex Duckbill Check Valve Duckbill Rubber Check Valves, are offered as direct replacements for ineffective and maintenance ridden flap type check valves, which are commonly known to seize, rust and bind in un­wanted positions. Unlike flap type valves, the Duckbill rubber check valves will handle large obstructions without jamming or having swing gates binding open. Swing-Flex Check Valve

Swing-Flex Check Valve (2 -48 ): Designed to be maintenance free, ValMatic Swing-Flex® Check Valve provides superior performance when compared to traditional swing checks. The Memory-Flex® disc, the valve's only moving part, is easily replaced without removal of the valve from the line. Its unrestricted full flow design makes the Swing-Flex® an excellent choice for slurries and sludge, even in vertical flow up applications. Non-slam performance is assured by placing the valve seat on a 45° angle, thereby minimizing disc travel. Dual Disc Check Valve

Dual Disc Check Valve (2 -24 ): With today’s demanding system requirements, engineers must specify piping components that are both COST EFFICIENT and RELIABLE. The design of the Val-Matic DUAL DISC® Check Valve answers those needs by incorporating many unique characteristics not found in similar check valves.  2” - 12” valves include Ductile Iron construction, with a 250 psi, cold working pressure rating.  They are UL/FM approved and available in Wafer (ANSI 125, ISO PN10, ISO PN16) and Grooved End IPS connections.  Sizes 14” and larger are available in cast and ductile iron.

Tilted Disc® Check Valve

Tilted Disc® Check Valve (4 -60 )- Provides both low head loss and non-slam performance. Its streamlined body contouring, flow area 40% greater than nominal pipe size, and hydrodynamic disc combine to provide the lowest head loss of any check valve produced today. Non-slam closing is assured by both an angled seat design which minimizes disc travel and an eccentrically mounted disc. Top and/or bottom mounted dash pots may be added for systems with extreme conditions such as excessively high shut-off heads or volatile reverse flows to further assure against valve slamming. The valve's tapered seat and disc, designed with wear resistant materials, assures tight seating and long life even in the most severe applications.
