Olive Type
Hi, do you know if this has a brass or copper olive? Also is the recess depth suitable for fitting to Hep20 plastic pipework? Thanks

This is not supplied with an olive and is not recommended for use on Hep2O pipework.

Is there a shoulder/lip inside this ftting?
I'd like the 15mm pipe to pass right through the centre of this fitting so that it ends up inside the 22mm (as part of a home made crude heat exchanger). Does this reducer have an internal shoulder, or lip, to stop this from happening?

Hello,
Yes there is a lip in the connector, so you cannot pass a pipe all the way through the fitting.
